Labelhood Office

Shanghai
The adaptive reuse of the old building is reflected in every design decision of the entire project. The restoration and reconstruction of the original building complement the integration of new elements. All of this transforms the historically rich old building into a calm yet vibrant corporate office space.

The Writer’s House

Shanghai
The concepts of "circulation" and "breathability" were central to our design, creating a rhythm of contraction and expansion for comfort. Achieving work-life balance is crucial today, and the close connection between work and living conditions has shaped the residence's current appearance.

UNISKIN House

Shanghai
UNISKIN's first flagship store is on Shanghai's tree-lined Yueyang Road. Inspired by the concept of 'giving a building a skin,' we added a metallic facade and shading system, echoing the century-old plane trees' seasonal changes, aiming to perpetually 'protect' this space.

SIGMA Space

Shanghai
The original space became the designer's canvas, following SIGMA's three core principles: The Ways of Being - reception area, The Ways of Crafting - display area, and The Ways of Seeing - gallery. The design mirrors the brand's ethos, creating a pure, fluid space to embody SIGMA's diverse potential.

Labelhood

Shanghai
As "close friends," we reshape spaces, infusing regional and sustainable humanistic strength. Moving away from cliché experiences, we create living systems akin to archives. Design transcends functionality, focusing on creativity and perception.

CANU Hub

Shanghai
A multifunctional sustainable space in an 80s building on Yanping Road, Shanghai. Bright and versatile, it hosts exhibitions, markets, workshops, and masterclasses, fostering sustainable fashion and creativity. CANU promotes sustainability through community and innovation.

The Apartment

Shanghai
The apartment is located on the top floor of an old-fashioned house and is surrounded by a lush garden. This height just reaches the position of most of the tree crowns in the garden, allowing the owner to look up and see the greenery. It also makes the scenery framed by the window edges more like the freeze frame of a painting.

Teagan Gallery

Beijing
With admiration and reverence for nature's "internal order," we follow architectural and exhibition clues to explore the human-land relationship. This journey might help us transcend anthropocentrism, find our place, and weave a more intricate, complete ecological web.

HIDEMI Flagship

Shanghai
The building is located in a street-facing lot in Wutong District, Shanghai. The space consists of an exhibition hall along the street, a small garden inside, and an attached bungalow. If “hi de mi” is like a melody and a poem, it has a few paragraphs of auspicious light at the intersection of Yanqing Road in Shanghai, hidden in the new space built by the designer.

Labelhood Men’s

Shanghai
We aim to design this men's boutique with freedom. "Why can't we preserve the original architecture and transform it into an experimental space? This space would allow people to rediscover and explore, offering them new ways to experience it."

Labelhood Flagship

Shenzhen
We recreated furniture and concepts from past Labelhood spaces, establishing a spatial archive. By integrating old pieces in new ways, we create a unique atmosphere that attracts target audiences and conveys the brand's message within the mall.

Hashtag Café

Shanghai
Located on a plane tree-lined street in Shanghai's Xuhui district, this 80s brick-and-mortar office building has been transformed into HASHTAG#cafe #space #shop, a multifunctional space integrating a cafe, exhibition space, bar, and retail.

To Summer Shu Pavilion

Chengdu
Observing Chengdu's Summer—'Humid and Mild Summer' The fragrance undergoes olfactory changes influenced by the air's humidity, much like observing summer's descent into Chengdu, which similarly impacts and interacts with the city's culture and architectural spaces.

To Summer The Bund

Shanghai
When we attempt to outline this room, the key terms extracted are 'open and close'. This concept resembles the everyday action of an author; opening a book, she enters an 'unbounded home of the virtual world', filled with freedom and imagination.

TAVN Space

Shanghai
The TAVN lifestyle concept store is located in the JC PLAZA shopping center in downtown Shanghai, specializing in small pieces of furniture and home lifestyle selections. Our concept extends from the idea of 'landscapes' of home, attempting to construct an ecosystem of home landscapes through the undulations, textures, and materials of space, furniture, props, and objects.

Luneurs Café

Shanghai
Luneurs is a French dining and bakery brand that emphasizes "community organization." We aim to carry over the narrow alleyway layout and the original neighborhood relationships from Tianzifang into our store's interior, linking it to our focus on community. Thus, 'neighborhood' is a key concept in our project.

Workplace Renovation

Shanghai
This office building, located south of downtown Shanghai, serves as a new communication center for the fashion industry. Situated in a renovated industrial park, it has undergone partial refurbishments and expansions. The interior design aligns with the company's five-year strategic plan, ensuring the space accommodates various brand activities while remaining flexible for future functional changes.

Erdos Headquarter

Shanghai
"Worker and Workshops: The Seen Workers, The Seen Workspaces." We hope that visitors to the space can experience the operational states of different departments, feel the solid foundational logic behind the products, and witness the genuine materials and craftsmanship.

Architectural Renovations

Work in Progress
The concept focuses on building homes for the community. We require an economic model that fosters new ways of collaborating within today’s communities. Our goal is to innovate a business approach that genuinely serves the community and the current urban environment with actionable content.
