The concept focuses on building homes for the community. We require an economic model that fosters new ways of collaborating within today’s communities. Our goal is to innovate a business approach that genuinely serves the community and the current urban environment with actionable content.

We aim to create a pathway that expands from narrow to wide and from niche to public, enhancing the depth of community buildings and meeting customer expectations by increasing the usable space. In other words, we plan to utilize “multidimensional” building volumes to create spatial richness. Our hope is to design a shared community space on the site, demonstrating the potential of vacant commercial lots.

We advocate for the reconstruction of community-building business content through a triadic approach. This encourages individuals to confront their own needs in life while promoting environmental protection and sustainability. Our new food model invites participation from local neighborhoods and broader communities, resonating with the dynamic “fast” pace of the area. We aspire for it to thrive gradually over time, ultimately leading to meaningful change.
