It is situated within a cluster of buildings transformed from an industrial park. The building has undergone partial renovations, adjustments, and expansions. The spatial planning and interior design are based on the enterprise’s five-year future plan and the functional value of use. The renovated space needs to accommodate various brand activities and have the flexibility to adapt some of its functions in the future.

The overall functionality of the office building, such as the event space on the first floor (gallery/exhibition hall), can be immediately noticed by visitors from the main entrance plaza and is open to the public, allowing access even to those who are not visiting the exhibition. Besides serving as a communication center for the enterprise, it also functions as a comfortable community space. As you enter the building from the main entrance plaza through the main entrance, you can feel a welcoming public atmosphere. The entrance area is completely open, and passing through the event space leads into a central atrium on the first floor with high ceilings and terrazzo flooring, resembling a small plaza with a roof.
